I am aware of the pitfalls of Ibuprofen and not taking it for the Candida on a regular basis. It makes me sleepy.
I'm taking 2 drops of 6% Iodine in my coffee in the morning and 2 600 mg caprylic acid after supper. Also got some probiotics. So far it looks good, as the sinus drip is lessening.
