I make my kefir by using raw goat's milk. I normally like my liquids as cold as I can get them without freezing. I have noticed that the colder my kefir is, the more sour. At room temperature the sourness is very slight. Seems to be milder and sweeter at room temperature.

I am curious if other people have the same observations....................
