I would go for a bunch of antioxydants: Vit. A+C+E+zinc+magnesium

Chelation is a drastic measure - often helpful long term. But do make sure you go there step by step and let die-off reaction calm down before you move on to the next step 2... too drastic achelation can turn into a nightmare.
