Just reading some of your posts, for instance "No more meat for a while", or about your girlfriend eating pastries when she is gluten-intolerant, the question I am asking myself is, do you actually want to get well ?

Or is this a health-game for you ?

You talk of buying this or that magic potion, and trying to find what the problem is ... but you never talk about you changing your whole life around. About you chucking out the way you live now, and starting again with a clean slate.

Real health starts from the basement and cleans the whole house without exception.

You and everything you do changes.

Often people resist this getting sicker and sicker.
