An autoimmune driven illness has a trigger that causes it to turn on. It could be a pathogen, microbe, chemical, allergen, toxins, and it could be a combination of all of these or some. You need to find the triggers and remove all of them to get rid of the autoimmune problem.
Try a really healthy Diet removing any and all possible allergic foods and work on fixing your gut if you do not have any idea what is the cause.
Almost every illness is a form of inflammation and almost all start in the gut. So kill the inflammation and at the same time fix your gut.
It will mean a lot of work at the beginning but it will be worth it in the long run.
