Olive leaf, with 20% oleuropein extract helps take the edge off it seems.

E-cigarette seems like it has to go as well. Alcohol makes it worse but I drink 3-4x a year if that.

Coffee is definitely contributing. Time to quit that. I added a drop of 2% Lugols to my second cup of black Java and found it decreased the pain slightly as it came on.

Went to the bathroom at work, 3 drops on the left one two on the right and a drop on the glans. Rub it all in, less than five minutes later both are relaxed, feel less inflamed immediately.

Wobenzyme N has been added, however immediate noticeable results in pain level and decrease in the swollen left testicle with 2% Lugols.


I'm eager to try SSKI . I think being able to safely dose higher and see how it affects this.
