I have to wonder What exactly is Vitamin C? That which is available is Ascorbic Acid. ]So it is an acidifier which when ingested causes your body to neutralize it with calcium creating an Alkaline condition in the body. Bacteria doesn't like that and so it dies.
But really, for Cataracts? Is there something about this Alkaline condition that affects Cataracts?
