My friend he took herbalife and he is big strong guy He is overweight by about 75 lb and a building contractor works like 12 to 14 hours a days and eats on the run and I'm guessing it is fast food ...junk food.

Recently, he had a major wake up call by his doctor looked at the blood tests and mentioned pre-diabetic stage which sent a shock to his core, he was terrified of ever being a diabetic

We suggested him Go NON Genetically-Modified-Organisms organic eat greens , some fruits and chicken low carbs

He was so scared effects of diabetes he was totally motivated by fear,
he ran into a lady that he had once worked on building for and she had lost like 300 lb !
She took Herbalife and she sells it now. Of course he started taking it right away

He lost weight fast ...he lost 20 pounds in a little over three weeks. His skin glowed and looked better and will stay on the program until he reaches his goal and has changed his eating habits for the rest of his life.

He said it is such an easy program , he really likes the taste of the drink , kills appetite and feel energetic. Eat lots of salads, drinking lots of water a ,msafe carbonated drink with zero calories and zero sodium with natural flavors, and eating chicken no skin, and low carbs eating virgin coconut oil, or magnesium pills to increase bowel movements. Probiotics for healthy flora and we are trying to convince him to sleep at least 8 to 9 hours but he is working on that . So far so good I'm impressed enough to try to get another friend to get on Herbal life diet before she ends up with serious health issues because she is way to heavy and I fear for her life.

My questions for herbs is is it Genetically-Modified-Organisms and is it organic then I would do research on all the side effects and then I would feel comfortable . I like things that are made in the good old USA
