I will consider a liver flush or two. Just hate the process of them. I do take iodine regularly. Maybe a flush from above is what I need though. The pain in my abdomen has faded from yesterday and days prior. Today was the first day I was able to leave my house. I hoping all the things I did prior have finally knocked loose whatever was stuck but I haven't felt a release yet and urine still dark.

I appreciate all the feedback I received, I'm happy I feel good now, hoping this is a good sign and things clear up.
