so your still peeling? it just comes off thiner and easier?

i avoided all grains dairy and did full health diet for almost 7 months and was so strict didn't see any results whats so ever.. i even tried anti-candida diet and also vegan diet… none of them showed any results let alone in 1 week..

but if your lips have improved and your happy well done. best of luck
