Firstly I will point out that I am not female so cannot really associate with such problems. I do know that there are chinese herbs which can be helpful for such problems. Liver Qi stagnation is pretty typical which can have multiple causes including emotional such as suppressing emotions such as sadness which affects the liver energy. Herbs which help this can therefore be beneficial.

Dang Gui is one herb which can be effective. German Chamomile essential oil can be very effective as it tones the liver energy very effectively which helps eliminate the problem. Altering how you deal with emotions would eliminate it for good but takes a lot longer. Suppressing the expression of sadness is the primary cause and therefore altering this by affirmations and self hypnosis would eliminate the primary cause.

German chamomile is extremely strong and you do need to be careful. I use it myself to tone my liver. I use a 25ml dropper bottle half filled with distilled water or water as pure as possible. Then add one drop of German chamomile essential oil to the bottle. Shake vigorously and then add one drop of the mixture to a glass of water and drink. Store it in the fridge! It takes about 1.5 hours to work.

You can see the effect in the right iris at about 4 pm if you look for shadowy rings that run around the iris these are what Chinese Traditional Medicine term as Qi/Chi. Taking the Chamomile will relax these rings and make them wider and less deep. It should relax the body. Taking some Aloe vera juice at the same time should help but you would need to experiment to find the idea amount. I use a dosing syringe with a plug that fits into the top of the bottle of Aloe vera which allows accurate dosing. Aloe vera is very cold in energy so do not take too much but relaxing the nerve rings will increase the heat within the body so the cooling effect of the aloe vera should counteract this.

Releasing emotions will also help all of this as they store energy within the body which the nerve rings counteract. You will not be able to release the nerve rings very far without dramatically increasing the sympathetic nervous system stimulation which you do not want to do too much. I have seen someone who did this and could not stand stationary due to her nervous system becoming so overstimulated. It affected her sleep too.

The Candida could be contributing to these problems due to it's effect on your liver. I hope this of help.

If all else fails you could go and see a Chinese herbalist but they are quite expensive.
