Another thing that just popped into my head was pixers post about ropes from within. Right now i am feeling serious tension from just below the ears/neck region that radiates all the way down my back, like ropes being pulled on. It almost feels like my spine is being constricted by a snake. The only thing ive found that gives temporary relief is my hotub with epsom salt or laying on my back on a hard flat surface.
