My experience is with micronized bioidentical progesterone. Its in a compounded cream form and is used from day 10-24....so 14 days is you still have a cycle. Post menopausal women use it daily.
Not sure what is in your oil but progesterone is from yams and micronized used topically or oral in capsule form is the best absorbed option. Maybe best to see a Doctor that specializes in BHRT- Bioidentical hormones.
