What the AMA used for Tapeworm before the synthetic drugs was Aspidium, the oil of Male Fern.

I don't think that you can buy this, buy you certainly can buy Male Fern.

I listened to a podcast where a Doctor in Parasitology described removing a Tapeworm with Aspidium and a tube. They put the Aspidium directly on the worm with the tube.

So this is the gold standard natural treatment for tapewoms. Her is an article if you are interested:

The other dewormer used by the AMA before synthetic pharmaceuticals was chenopodium. This is the oil of Epazote/Wormseed that used to grow in North Carolina for this specific purpose.
