If there is uncertainty, better to confirm than skip/guess/wonder.
I know the original instruction is very confusing.
But situation is very simple.
You have to start with an example in order not to get confused.
E.G. you have 32oz water & put 8cc(=8mL) of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
32oz + 8cc = 32oz this solution contains 8cc of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement activated.
(compared to 32oz water, 8cc is negligible, so total solution is 32oz).
32oz / 8 = 4oz you will drink 4oz every hour.
each 4oz solution have 1cc of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement since
8cc / 8 = 1cc of MMS every hour you'd drink since you put total 8cc of MMS.
In 8 hours, you would drink 4oz x 8 = 32oz, the total solution &
you would drink total 8cc of MMS activated.
This is the start, change number like 8cc to 16cc,... etc.
Matter become extremely clear.
