Rick & I's first line of defense against a cold or the flu is always Echinacea tincture (one tablespoon every few hours as needed)...but sometimes that's just not enough - that's

the rest of the world was 'down for the count' for 10-14 days).
Gold Coin Grass Tincture -- Most folks don't even know we have it, and even fewer know that it's very beneficial for the kidneys, as well as the liver. So adding it to a 5 or 10 day
liver or kidney cleanse (or as a 'prep' for the cleanse or flush) is an excellent choice. (Personally, I'd go with 4oz for a week before a flush or 5 day cleanse).
