Hello.

I have been drinking 20ml castor oil in the morning on an empty stomach then 6 hours later doing a chammomile tea enema. I get a very strong detox.

I was interested in Liver Flushes but i am way too ill to do them. I cannot tolerate high doses of magnesium as i used to take them and it gave me a severe calcium imbalance. Now 100mg magnesium causes palps and pannic.

I DO NOT want anyone to try to convince me to take magnesium. I tried EVERY FORM.

What i would like to know is, are there any gentle liver flushes>

Or should i just continue with my castor oil flush?
