Some people have reported on here that they released stones from coffee enemas. See Quikfire's posts, I believe. He takes a range of supplements that includes stone breaker and he takes them after he takes in the coffee and lies down.

Tetsi, also on CZ, has instructions for a gentle Liver Flush and I tried it a year or so ago several times but it didn't produce any stones for me.
