i dont have a lack of empathy or sympathy, i have a life, one which im having to change the management of somewhat.

you can bank on what i say, but perhaps not on your understanding of it. i try to be as accurate as possible, like its a meditation mantra or something. there is usually many sides to what i say. the truth is the truth no matter how you come at it.

i keep specific instruction to a minimum and if i do give it, you can be assured i have done it myself to test it.

like potassium chloride for the heart palps. that person woul dbe smart to do that rather than be sidetracked by you and your personal problems.

just sayin.
