OK Trapper. The debate forum is better anyway.

I am just bitter because you got me convinced that 12.5 mg of Lugol's was a trivial amount, so I kept on taking it despite feeling weak and stupid.

I feel better off of Lugol's and I think Bromine and Flourine Detox is largely a myth.

The Japanese consuming 13.8 mg/day is a myth.

Just be factual and honest like a good forum moderator.

Undoubtedly everyone should take 1 mg/day and some people could take much more for certain things, but if someone is experiencing obvious Thyroid issues, why encourage them to take more??

That is borderline reckless endangerment.
