Hi guys,
I am new and I really need help here. I started on Iodine a few weeks ago and after a few days on about 6.25mg my heart began absolutely racing out of my chest. Now any salt intake or eating seaweed will begin the same pounding heart. Is this detox and if so, how should I proceed. Thank you for any help.
