Thanks a lot for that explanation. The one i tried previously and was going for again was the Hulda Clark method which involves fasting the whole day after 2 and most of the next day.

Im unfamiliar with the method you mentioned but it seems a lot better suited for me. Can you throw me a link to a description or name of the flush? Thanks a lot.
