There is index on the 1st page left lower corner under More Health info.
There are 500 pages with info. He does not believe in vitamins, same as MH (Ask Barefoot). They try to solve everything with eating the right food and right life style.
In the book he will explain why he is against it. It is very educational even if you want to go a different direction.
