Sorry to hear about the struggles with weight and thyroid.

What are you taking for thyroid support?

Any history of mild hypoglycemia?

Have you considered taking various supplements while on your fast--electrolytes, magnesium, some amino acids from whey powder, B & C vitamins, etc?

Any symptoms of Depression or inattentive ADD?
