I just started L-Tyrosine, so for me it was good to read about the dosages. From years of using anti-depressants I got head tremors. White Tiger suggested Gaba and L-Tyrosine.
I tried Gaba for a few days and I felt it helped but got very sleepy. I started the Tyrosine now (without the Gaba)in the last few days, it seems to work too, but it is too early to give a report on it.
