I forgot to add, this morning, I kind of did a salt water flush.


After I drank some ACV tonic (from Dr. Axe's site) and added a chopped up clove of garlic, I put a couple of teaspoons of salt in water and drank most of it, but stopped when I read about someone who said she had a traumatic experience when she had an osbtruction.

I think it would be safest to do the salt water flushes while on a fast, does that sound correct? Otherwise there is the potential for blockage and problems.

I am now running to the bathroom a lot, and getting out even more of what I wrote above. I had forgotten about ingesting salt water when I wrote that earlier post this morning.
