You can actually buy very high grade neem products in the Bahamas or online. The company Abaco Neem is online but I am not allowed to post the website because I am a new member. A google search will find it for you. The products are also sold in different stores in the islands, which is where I have purchased them.

The neem lotion will immediately stop the burn of a sun burn. The neem lotion also cured my sister's toenail fungus that doctors had not been able to cure in years.
