Do you have something against people with BPD or something? I don't see why you are being this rude to me, I came here for help, not to be insulted, and no I don't have any STDs (i'm a virgin) or physical drug addiction but resentless panic attacks, but I use anti-anxiety meds when I have to do things that are very stressfull.. I think honestly what you are doing is projection yourself onto me, you're giving little advice from what i've already tried and have done, which yes you're right I have been to the point of only eating fruit and yes I do notice a difference but what you are saying is rude and to anyone who is already stressed enough, honestly I hope everyone on here isn't like you.
