I have to agree with Cimber38. It sounds like me. Celiac disease. I have known I have it since about 1995. Knew I had a bad reaction to bread since I was about 5 years old. If I am very good about my diet and supplements and exercise I feel great but it takes a lot of effort. The hardest part is NO ONE believes you. When I apologize and say "I'm sorry, I can't eat that." They always roll their eyes. They are so rude. People just don't believe in allergies created by Celiac Disease. I totally get why people with lethal peanut allergy are always dying because someone just didn't believe it.
Celiac disease is common in people of Northern European heritage but all races can have it. I sometimes think there can't be a worse condition to have because you are always sick and no one believes you.
Don't buy gluten free versions of packaged food. It's a scam. Most still have gluten and even worse they are full of chemicals that make the condition worse. Supplements are necessary but you have to be VERY careful as many have maltodextrin in them. Never eat anything with "malt" in the name. You have lots to learn.
