Just received my 24 hour urine lab results from Hakala Labs. They are:

- 71% Iodine excretion
- 2.28 mg bromide. Serum bromide is approximately double urinary levels
- 0.93 mg flouride

So I'm assuming I'm still Iodine deficient? Are these levels of bromide enough to say I'm still detoxing? I was already taking 50-100 mg of iodine/day but stopped for 2 days for this test. I backed down to 10 mg/day ever since because my Acne and skin was getting worse, even with salt loading. Would appreciate your thoughts on my lab tests, thank you!
