Update:

So, all the pain in my body is gone now from the fast so far. I usually have to take either Lyrica or Steroids to be pain free, but I am actually pain free without either of those medications, and it's due to the fast. I actually cheated on day 9. Boston Market:(. And felt the results immediately the following morning with swollen fingers and painful joints. I'm back to it after that one slip up. Hoping the pain doesn't return once I start eating again....
