Do you know if there is any risk to doing enemas or liver flushes?
I am afraid of doing especially a coffee enema, since I am very sensitive to caffeine.

How is your opinion on water enemas vs using something like a magnesium + water beverage to drink to clean out the colons?

And is it necessary to use Epsom Salt during a liver flush? How about some magnesium citrate dissolved in water?
