Morgellons isn't a disease, this is a Tapeworm gone wild throughout your body. Those will move around your skin but the main part is in your lower intestines. Do garlic oil pills, eat tons of pumkin seeds and pineapple and you will see segments in your stool. I cant be 100% sure but its a good chance. It might be the kind people get from eating raw fish.
