Castor oil packs are wonderful for your liver. You can do them for a week max at a time, min 1 hr at a time. They also help with bloatedness.
I would do enemas when you are in the middle of the cleanse and feel you are blocked or feel sick. Liver Flush never done, but it is suggested to do it after a few cleanses. Clark's is not a heavy cleanse, no meds so you can just start.
I would not joke with the Tapeworm and would take meds for that. They suppress the immune system. It is unlikely you can kill it with herbs. Remember you could have more than 1 and you might not know. Meds knock them down pretty easily.
