See, it is interesting you say that sulfur = bad for candida but so many other people say it is good for candida. Do you have personal experience/scientific evidence to support this? 100% I am really curious. The more I research Candida the more I realize everyone has their own opinions and there is a huge lack of actual Science involved. Personally, I decided, SCREW candida, I want to focus on healing my gut. And I find no meat and lots of pro-pre-biotics help me. But that is me. That is what I happen to be deficient in. I think yeast infections come when your immune system/gut is weak. Again, I can be wrong, but this is what I believe.
