I'm cleansing now while working full time.. it's kind of hard, but I am focusing on getting the results. This is my day 3 of second cleanse, I am planning on going for 21 days, but I won't think of it that way: I'm justing thinking day-to-day basis..
It's very hard when someone brings food in the office and they offer you some - and oranges smell soooooooo gooooooooooooood and everything looks delicious.. And also I get invited to lunch out with colleagues, but I just say I want to take a walk and stretch my legs a bit.. it's kind of anti-social and I don't enjoy it, but otherwise I feel great and I already see some positive results in engaging in this cleanse
