Yes you can use baking soda too. Just do some research here and also around. You will see most of the fashionable blogs are just the hype. One thing i have learnt as well is to avoid those and look for real info, such as scientific info or info on herbs written by real herbalists.
Constipatipn should get better once your body is cleaning up. Do the enema first slowly, do not hurt yourself.
