Find a Holistic Doctor in your area and make an appointment. S. Cali has lots of them. Most of them do understand parasites.

OR go to the farm store and get some Valbazen, Panacur horse paste and Ivermectin. Use the ICU protocol on CureZone.

You will have to give your body proper nutrition to be completely free of the parasites. Study up on good food and supplements. Take what you body needs.

God helps those who help themselves. No one can fix this for you. You need to figure it all out and take action. Posters on CZ can give some insight but most of us are just fellow sufferers and NOT experts.
