I have worked on each of the MC's that I have done and I was spacey the first day or so. I would start on a Friday or Saturday because as the other person that posted stated...days 1-3 are the hardest. The main thing I can suggest is to be very consistent on how much lemonade you are intaking so that your energy levels stay consistent also. I get up very early on the days I work to do the saltwater flush and GENERALLY there is no problem. Give yourself more time than you need and you should be fine.
