Do you suggest a colonic/enema before or after liver flushing? Is there a gentler Liver Flush that I can do to prepare for Clark's? I have been meaning to do a colonic/enema and also a Liver Flush for a while and I'm nervous but screw it I'm going for it. I'm starting castor oil packs tonight, have you tried them? I also have a stubborn Tapeworm that I'm hoping will leave soon with the liver flushes, packs, and enemas. I've seen so many eggs it's disgusting but better out than in. Thanks so much white shark!!!
