Your never going to recover eating grains or starches of any kind. Fungus blooms when you eat them. Also you can never kill all the fungus in your body. Fungus is in your blood and they stop your blood Sugar from raging out of control by eating up the sugar.

You would die with out the fungus helping you. Eat nothing but fruit if you want to truly heal
