All your illnesses says that you have a weak liver. I strongly believe fasting with water only will help you. 40 days is a high goal. Take one day at a time.

Our body works in an amazing way, it may choose to work on your organs, skin, joints or brain, we don't know what will come first. I have done so many fasts and everytime my body works on different thing.

Once you finish the fast and refeed for at least same length of period as your fast, then do a liver flush.
