Things that will help :

1) Eat turmeric+black pepper in combo. The combo works better than turmeric alone.
2) Do the baking soda in hot water protocol.
3) Get a high quality trampoline and rebound 15-30 minutes per day.
4) Budwig protocol (described above).
5) Eat a lot of raw cabbage/cauliflower for dinner, as well as vegetable juice (carrot, etc.).
6) Avoid sugar, red meat, dairy, etc. The rare few times you cannot avoid them, nullify the effect with the baking soda in hot water described in point 2). That alkalinity nullifies the acidity of the meat/dairy.

Do Google/Youtube searches to learn about all of the above. They will also cure tumors that you DON'T know about..

The good news is that your tumor is small, so others in your body are also likely to be small.

I am not sure fasting will do anything, as others here who tried to have a tumor vanish through autolysis have not been successful. But it may help in other areas..
