So I see we do have much in common, yes. My bf thinks I'm crazy and he is aware of what I'm doing because he's doing it with me - but I have to admit, I think he might be a little concerned about how far I plan on taking this.

Wanted to ask you about the frozen castor oil caplets. What kind of prep do you do for that? Do you fast before you take them? And how many? I've got mine in the freezer now.

When I do the coffee enemas I occasionally see what I think are gall stones, but I've only seen a couple that I think actually qualified. Not sure. I'm pretty new to this. I see stuff that looks like nuts sometimes and I've heard other people say the same. Like chewed up mixed nuts, lol.

I never saw the day I'd be online conversing about such things, but what do you know? I'm a natural.

My gallbladder was pinging a couple of days ago, and that's a kind of scary feeling.

Yea, I eat extremely clean and have been doing thus for a while now. Very strict for at least 2 months. The weight is coming off so slowly, it's starting to really get to me. What changed it up for you, regarding weight loss?

If I'm getting too off course for these threads, please tell me as I'm a noob.
