I've been taking Epsom Salts daily.

I got my hands on some pinworm medicine and for 4-5 hours I felt really really good after taking it. I don't know if it was the placebo effect... I ate some food a couple hours after (two meals later) no poop, so I got a little worried. Took laxatives and such still couldn't go. Then I fell asleep for a total of 19 hours.. no I am not kidding. I didn't leave my bed for 19 hours.

Don't know what that tells you. I could still be asleep right now. I don't feel refreshed at all.

Feel pretty rotten.
