Raynbo!  It's good to see you, but not under these circumstances.  Bless your heart.  Unfortunally, that is beyond my knowledge, and there could be a lot of causes, so I'm not going to venture to ro guess.  Sometimes doctors are necessary,at least to get a diagnosis.  And it's important to get tests to reach a diagnosis and rule out other conditions.

Please let me know the test results and, heaven forbid, if it should be cancer, it doesn't have to be a death sentence, especially treating it naturally.  There are many successes, I know them personally, and have had radio guests who today are 100% healthy.
