The Terminator is easy to use in that you can just strap it on and leave it on all day if desired. I have one myself and sleep on it sometimes. The problem is it's not nearly as effective as the handheld zappers because of surface area and zappers just work better when the positive and negative electrodes are on opposite sides of the body.
