Hi there! I am new to SCD. I just started about a week and a half ago. I have noticed a huge improvement but have SO many questions. I am following the phases in the SCD Lifestyle book and the authors recommend starting with several different kinds of meats. However, I know I have intolerances to some meats so during the intro diet, I just ate beef (as well as puréed carrots and bone broth) because I know that is a safe food for me. Now that I am in Phase 1 and am going to be starting to introduce new foods, I don't know whether I should introduce a new meat, a new veggie, or probiotics first. My concern is that, since each new addition takes 4 days, it will take a long time to introduce each of these things so I'm basically trying to decide what nutrients I should prioritize. I'm getting the impression that folks will often start with all the meats but I can't do that. So, should I do one meat, one veggie, then ease into the probiotic? Or keep my beef and carrots as-is and start the probiotic ASAP? Any helpful tips would be much appreciated!! Just want to make sure that I don't get malnourished. I'm going to be introducing multivitamins and B complex after the probiotic as well but it will take awhile to get there.

Thanks for your help!
