Just so you know, they often provide a false positive.

waking up at 2-3am all the time

That's typically Liver\Kidney problems

Light colored stools

Bile problems

At one time or another I experienced all this.

Got all of them under control [none lately] by doing the following.

Iodine with the subscribed supplements

Hulda Clark liver flush.

Taking a good probiotic.

Daily D3, or lot of sun

Which helped the most? All of them.
