So did he have his GB removed and then had a heart attack or after the removal?

Heart attacks are due to a lot of abuse to our body.

Nature would not have created Gall bladder if it was not necessary. Doctors just scare you. My first doctor scared me too, saying you have two floating stones less than 1/4 " in you GB, you will have to remove it.

I showed him my first Liver Flush results and flipped and told me not do this again.

Of course he lost me as a patient.
